And to clarify what I said..... It is strictly my opinion. Not talking form or function but only cosmetic. I like the tire and wheel combination to be balanced where the height of both sidewalls equal rim size. Or close to.
So to me. (Again opinion)
15 inch rims for 29 to 31 tires
16 for 31 to 33
17 for 33 to 35 and so on.
If the rim size is too small I think the tires look too balloony.
If rims too big it makes the tires look anemic. But strictly an opinion.
