I am starting my build this week and want to be sure I have everything planned out.

I knew I would have to trim pinch seam, front and back of each fender ect. Had somebody tell me they had to cut into tub and weld ect. I don't mind doing this but need to know because I would do this before axle install and under coating ect.

Lift: 6" via rebel coilovers
Rims: 2.5-3.0" backspacing
Axles: front & rear UD60's (they stick out 1.5" farther than stock)
Tires: 41.5" pitbull rocker radial

There is no way to know before hand unless you have built another one exactly like it. Give up on your dream of having everything planed out and going smoothly and exactly to plan. Might as well budget in a few more days to fit everything then worry about coating it.

The pic you have with the yellow cuts is what you will need to "start" with, I have 40's and that is exactly what I cut, no cutting on the front wheel well however did cut factory Hard Rock step bars front and back a lot on the back enough to have to cut the outer bar off too and reweld it shorter. I did move my D44 axles back an inch and forward an inch in the front. I wouldn't call myself a hard wheeler but I do wheel. I made my own bump stops front and rear which was a must or else I would have destroyed the rear tires, even with the seams cut. I won't say trimmed because that's not what is need.....they need to be cut, work, remolded, welded.

Love how mine has come out so far and probably will never do D60s. I am trusses and sleeved in the front and trussed in the rear, for me I think it's all I needed.

Good luck with the build hope to see pics soon.

I do rub on the interior frame on on the front and absolute full lock. I am also only a 4" lift, you should have no issue with the 3" BS, I have 3.5" BS 17x9's
