Chafed Speed Sensor Wire

So after some fun wheeling, I must have snapped a zip tie holding the right rear wheel speed sensor. While driving to work today, I got a slight traction control activation followed by the ABS and traction control lights.

I crawled under the Jeep and found the wiring for the right rear wheel speed sensor chafed and rubbing the rim. Both wires in the bundle were chafed down to bare wire.

I repaired the wiring, inspected the fuses and then pulled the battery for about 5-10 min.

The lights still persist. Did I possibly ruin the sensor or worse, cause damage to to the traction control computer?

Anything else I should be looking at? I haven't driven it yet since I repaired the wiring and reset the battery. Is it possible it will clear after some driving?

Thanks!

So I've got about 20 miles and a few cycles on it and no luck clearing the lights...

Any other thoughts?
