So I've had this happen a lot lately I will be driving and I hear a ding noise like a low fuel I look all my clusters are at 0 and my abs light will come on as well as traction control than goes back to normal I'm not sure what it is I replaced the transmission last year at this time and I don't want this to be anything serious any ideas

Had the same thing happen when I was coming back from wheeling a few weeks ago. Did it 8 times on the drive home, but the motor never stopped.

All my research lead me to the battery terminals.

1) The stock terminals are crap and get loose over time, especially if you wheel.

2) A loose ground causes the exact symptoms I had, what you describe. Worse if you use the main pinch-bolt on the terminal to hold accessory wires in place. You're supposed to use the other bolt (if that makes sense).

Since I redid my + & - wires to the battery, pinched the ground terminal with pliers, and cleaned/re-tightened everything....it hasn't happened since.

Start with the easiest "solution" and go from there. It may just be a dirty/loose battery terminal, as it appears to have been in my case.

I agree with the guys suggesting battery cable issues. I hit an unexpected pothole one day way faster than i should have and the cable popped off and the same thing happened to me. Freaked me out because I was in the middle of a canyon and had no service to be able to look it up. Looked under the hood and saw one was disconnected. reconnected it and was good to go.

Ive seen some people put double sided tape under the cable, but I just feel like the heat would gum up the adhesive and make a big mess.
