D44 Front axle...thread 2

So i found this site that does "custom drivetrain" would buying one of the ultimate dana 30 CV joints solve my problem to run 38"s...b/c it busted a cap off the part that connects to the axle shafts this product seems to eliminate that problem...If not then again could i purchase used front axles off the internet?
https://www.rcvperformance.com/store...products_id=70...
Please help me find a solution

Tell me what your breaking and I can help you not break it lol
So tell me what your snapping then let me help from there!

As I read this thread your busting u joints and the shaft or just the joint? The RCV's are amazing and they will handle a lot of abuse also. If you happen to bust one they are rebuildable also. I would if you can do what I suggested in the other thread -- at least gusset the C's and add these RCV's.

If you haven't gotten more out of the insurance company than you deserve, then you haven't screwed them nearly as much as they have been screwing you for the past xx years.

Two caps have come off of the U-joint and not know it was messed up the drivin has chewed it up pretty good and also working on the C- clamps...i just noticed the popping noise when i turned the wheels to park a couple of days ago. I took it to a guy who happened to be the guy to make the repair b/4 which was a temp. fix just so the dealership could sell it...but now its my problem and not the dealerships

So your tossing caps on your u-joints. The RCV's will stop that, along with find a 4x4 shop near you and they can put gussets on your front axle. That will strengthen your front axle tremendously.
