Dealer service and now mygig lockpick v5 not working HELP

Took my 2013 in for service and now my backup camera does not work and all the enhanced features are not working. It's like I don't even have a lock pick any more. So read the boards and on previous versions you had to disconnect the unit from the radio and connect it again. Is this still the case? Is there another way? I did try to disco the battery and no luck.

My house and my Jeep are protected by god herself, and my gun. Mess around with either and meet both

I hear ya Fortunately it isn't all that difficult just kind of a pain to have to go through it again.

I wish Jeep would have given a little more slack in the power window harness though. With my big mitts, it's a little difficult getting in there to slide the lock and depress the tab to disconnect the window switch module.

The other thing to think about, maybe there's something else under there that got disconnected or loose so taking a peek to be sure all is well, saves a hassle later on.

Yup .. I know your right...maybe zip tying it behind the glove box....like someone else mentioned. But it is good to know when it does fail...your stock features work.

My trick on that is to remove the vent on the right side, and then you can reach in and unplug it before trying to remove the switch. I've been in the dash way too many times...

Excellent suggestion, thanks! One of those "it's right in front of your face" moments for me.
