So I did try it with a CD and it does show album art as other people said. I also figured out if you then save that CD to the HDD, then it will show its album artwork when playing via the HDD
I tried burning a CD using Windows Media Player with a full MP3 album I purchased from Amazon.com.
It pulled up Gracenote and found the tracks and album artwork just fine. When I saved it to the HDD it also retained album artwork and track information.
Again this was legal MP3s purchased from Amazon. And I did a full album on one disc. Not sure if it would work with torrent files and/or mixing tracks from different albums
