Silly question but did you remove the bolts from the hinges?

If the doors open and close, they aren't "stuck" make sure all the little bolts are off the bottom of the hinges, disconnect the power cords, and the retention strap. Maintain control of the door so it won't swing all the way open and damage anything. Roll down the window, reach an arm through grab the bottom of the door and firmly pull upward as you slightly rock the door in an open/close motion until the hinge seperated. Be prepared for when it seperated that you don't lose your balance or control of the door.
Pre plan where you are going to put the doors once you take them off.
Hope this helps.

This comes up regularly, should probably be a sticky.

I was able to get one off successfully with lots of wiggling and PB Blaster, however for one I had to unbolt the hinges on the pillar side and then when the hinge no longer was being pressed together by the weight of the door, I was able to use a rubber mallet to free the pin. I consider this a last resort option as it means that you may need to realign the door and you've broken the "paint seal" so more likely to have rust issues on that hinge in the future.

I know it's dif but when I had my yj first time I tried to take off the doors the passenger side door was stuck I used a floor jack with a block of wood wrapped in a terry cloth and slowly raised it till the door came free while my freind held the door
