I have a 2008 Jk 2 door with the teraflex 2.5 spring lift. I bought and installed the Crown rear extended brake hoses and now having issues with the hoses running against my sway bar brackets. Seems to me the brake hoses are to long and causing my issue. But, I was told from Northridge4x4 they would work for my Jeep with the lift installed. Any ideas?

This might help you out or point you in the direction :) I have an AEV 2.5 lift and the instructions to install it stated they supplied "brackets" to lower the brake lines so you don't need to get "extensions" . I ordered Russell "standard"stainless brake lines for 0-1' lift and they installed properly. The "rear" one's seem a tad long, not sure how the originals looks but the rear are all shiny so maybe they were the same size as the original but was cover'd in mud and didn't notice :) I had a local shop install them.

Find the instructions for your teraflex 2.5 spring lift and see if they mentioned what to do for the brake lines' etc...

Worst case , exchange them for the proper fit, etc.. Northridge is pretty good,

BTW, I found this: [not sure if this is your kit]

16. Install rear brake line extensions provided in the
kit. Bolt the bracket to the factory brake line bracket
so the lower brake line will be below the frame and
tucked slightly under so it will clear the rear sway bar.
Use the factory bolt to fasten the extension bracket to
the frame. You will also need to bend the upper factory
hard line up out of the way so it will clear the rear
sway bar link upper bolt. Make the bend directly above
the link to get the best clearance.

It seems you might not "need" extended brake hoses.
