Factory navigation unit

Have a factory nav unit out of my 2012 jk that the touch screen is cracked on and no longer works. Anyone know how to fix those? Or do I have to deal with mopar about it because they are saying I have to replace the entire unit and they don't fix touch screens for them.

not sure about fixing it yourself, but if you have to replace the entire unit, definitely don't buy through mopar at MSRP... check on ebay and you'll be able to get one much much cheaper

See if you can source just the screen. I remember reading a post that someone replaced the screen themself. I also see whole unit for sale quiet often just keep eyes open in for sale thread or eBay
