Flat spot on rim advice

I picked up a set of mickey thompson classic 2s on craigslist for 130, one rim has a flat spot on it all the other ones seem fine, i went to a local rim shop and the said they could "maybe" fix it for 100, what would the ride be like with a "maybe" fix? Or should i just orde a new one.

Its on the inside of the rim, a new rim would be about 160 but it defiantly wont look like the other ones even i really polish them good

I saw those on CL they were up for a while. Stayed away from them because of the flat spot.. Hopefully its not much of pain in the butt (wallet) if you end up fixing it..
Agreed as to mount the tire and balance it if it all works out then great!
