Front Sway Bar Disconnects

I have a 2013 JKU with a 2.5 lift and 35's. Is it really going to do me much good if I install the disconnects if I still have an open front diff? Thanks

Got nothing to do with the diffs
Do you want to easily disco your front links for travel/softer ride off road ?
Are your front links extended at least ?

X2.

Disconnecting the sway bar will allow for max travel on the wheels so they can stay in contact with the ground regardless of the type of differential. It will also stabilize your ride by reducing the transfer of motion from one side of the Jeep to the other as you drive through obstacles that just affect one side of the Jeep.

Open diffs: transferring all available power to the 2 tires with the least amount of traction since 1894.

Yes, moved the rear links to the front and installed longer ones in the rear. Guess I'll have to unhook the hard way for my upcoming expedition. No time to get quick disconnects ordered now. Thanks

I'm sure I'll manage just fine. It's not like I'm going boulder climbing (yet).

You'll want to disconnect your sways even more with having an open diff than if you had lockers. The disconnected sway (as mentioned) will let you articulate more which in turn should keep your wheels on the ground more... and with an open diff since it spins the tire with the least resistance... having 2 wheels on the ground will always be better than 1.
