Front Wheel Shake and Shimmy

So after a three month diagnosis and expensive parts bill I still have a front end shake. I have a 09 JKU with 60K miles. Recently replaced lower CA's and Track Bar both adjustable with raised track bar bracket on a axle with track bar bolt upgrade. Synergy Flipped drag link (due to four inch lift) and Synergy ball joints with 500 miles on them for break in. All torqued to spec. Tires recently balanced, air pressure good and fresh alignment. My shimmy and shake was between 45-55mph. Ball joints was a huge difference but now my shimmy and shake is between 60-70mph. Just purchased upper CAs (adjustable) to help correct pinion angle but not installed yet. Sorry for long post. Loosing hair here. HELP

Maybe getting a little vibe from the DS? Not sure what it could be as it looks like youve done your homework and checked out the chief offenders already.

Thought of that too. Might disconnect my DS and drive around for a couple miles. Would it hurt to run without it for a while?

I dont think it would hurt anything, but id wait for someone else to confirm that. Never done it personally.

Sorry should of been clear.

OP.. How were they balanced ? Dynamically, static, road force ?
I highly recommend the latter. he brings a good point above. Standard dynamic balancing won't determine a out or round tire or wheel. A RF machine will measure for highs and lows. Sometimes breaking the tire and spinning it on the wheel helps w/ balance

It's the tires. Either they are not balanced properly, or they require to much weight and are out of round.

I have kevlars with only about 3k miles on them and when trying to balance them i couldnt use the standard weights as i couldnt break the bead and they would fall off .. Ended up having to use sticky weights and a whole lot of them get minor vibrations at 48-53 and then smooth sailing until about 80-85 .. Anything after that im just going back to the future

It's the tires. Speed dependent wheel shimmys are 99% of the time a balancing issue.

Well after three diff types of balancing, Discount Tires is replacing one tire. Only one 35 takes more weight than the others. Weird.
