Got the EVO draglink flip kit, the instructions were vague and the pics were too dark to see parts and locations. They did say drill the knuckle to 13/16 . But then after looking at their website I found it said 7/8 drill bit required for the knuckle. So thinking the website was current I got he 7/8 and drilled installed the draglink and it felt tight and right. Now i get under the jeep to do a 500 mile retorue of my bolts and noticed alot of movement in my drag link end where I drilled the knuclkle for the sleeve. I removed it and the sleeve is cracked in half. WHat are my options if I should have done the 13/16 like the paper instructions said am I screwed. Or if I did it like EVO's website claimed and told me to use the 7/8. what can be done to remedy this Its my DD and I have limited time to get it on the road again. Plus it has ruined my 4th camping and trailing trip. anyone please can I get some sound advise I am desperate.

I have been there... did that same exact thing!

Synergy's flip kit uses a 7/8" sleeve, NorthRidge sells it alone. Item number: SYN8001-03-01 - $10.00

Get that, fit it in and see if it fits your hole or not, I had to enlarge my hole with a 15/16 bit to get it to fit all the way in. After that I used Red Locktite on the drag link nut and it hasn't moved since, checked it 100 miles ago.

Good luck!
