On Fins & Things in Moab I heard a tin can sound when the rear suspension was flexed. The drive shaft slip joint boot caught on the evap skid and tore itself to bits. I think the sound I heard was the boot catching on the skid but I am not sure how or why. So now I have no boot. Should I park the Jeep or keep wheeling it without the boot?
I tore mine this year in Moab and wheeled and drove another 1000 miles before replacing. 4wd.com had best price.
