Once in a while when attempting to start my jeep the wind shield wipers will slowly come on, the engine turns once then cuts.

This started happening a few months ago and has become more frequent since. Initially I would roll start it then I started walking away for 5-10 min and come back and it would start. It's freaky. Now I have started putting it in 4Low starting with out the clutch and revving it up. The engine wants to die like it's starving but if I keep on it eventually the wind shield whippers stop going and I know I can throttle down.

I am unable to repeat the problem on command. It is not affected by weather, by leaving certain instruments on when getting out ect. I tired everything so I could show the dealership when I went.

Anyone got any ideas?

Jeep info:
13 jk s - 2 dr 14000 miles

There is a winch, off road lights, and DIY seat heaters installed. All of which we're taken off the terminal upon the first no start.

Well it would seem that the dealers, by most accounts, are a baffled bunch at best. It is amazing how a Jeep dealership, has seldom encountered any of the "common" issues nearly all of the rest of us do when it comes to our Jeeps. It's like they don't work on Jeeps!
Or maybe it's the "play ignorant and he'll go away" mentality they adopt to keep from having to fix anything.
I would start with the battery myself. It is a source of many of the quirky problems. And since it is intermittent, would be hard for a dealer to replicate anyway. I thought they had pretty much eliminated the clock spring issues, but perhaps a search on that will yield some things to look for.

Mine did this after a service at the dealership. I went to leave and the wiper came on when I tried to crank it, then it wouldn't even turn over. Dealership replaced the gauge cluster under warranty. They said it's happened a few time on several different Chrysler vehicles because of the EVIC system. Haven't had a problem since.
