How to disconnect wires for hardtop

Just bought a 2014 Wrangler with Hard/Soft Sunriser top and am trying to remove the hard top. There is a wire connector and a hose connector for the rear windshield washer on the hard top. I'm unable to disconnect either one of them. Any thoughts or hints are welcome!

Am here in Rumney, NH and nearest jeep dealer is 1+ hours away. Trying to spare the trip tomorrow.

THX!

The connector on the hose is oval at the end. Squeeze it so that it is round and it should pull off. For the electrical connector, slide the red piece to the side, squeeze the tab and pull.

Like stated, you'll see a red piece on the clip... you need to slide it back so you can squeeze the tab.. when you put it back on you need to reverse procedure and push the red piece back forward to lock it. Its a PITA when the red part doesn't want to move..just grab a flat head and make it easy on yourself.
