How wide is the 32'' rubicon tire?

so im curious as to how wide the rubicon tires are, and if its possible to put an even wider tire on the same rim??

You can put a wider tire on the same rim, however you can't put it back on your Jeep without it rubbing unless you add wheel spacers.

I'm not sure about the newer models, but my '09 stock Rubicon 32" tires are 255/75R17, which makes them 10.04" wide. Although it's not recommended by the tire manufacturer, I've seen and heard of many people who have 35x12.50R17 tires on the stock wheels with no problems. With that size tire though, you'll need a lift and wheel spacers.

265 BFG T/A KO's on mine. 10.7" wide. No rub at full lock. Believe any wider will scrub with out the spacers.

My Hankook 33.6" MTs are just about 12" wide and I have the spidertrax 1.5" adapters/lift and NO RUBBING anytime !!

Perfect, i was planning on throwing on some 33"x12.5 nitto mud grapplers... Just about to order a 1.5" spacer lift, and some wheel spacers now.. Thanks a bunch guys!
