Installing track bar tomorrow. Have a few questions

UPS dropped off my new Synergy adjustable front track bar today. I also bought the North Ridge bolt upgrade kit. I'll probably only replace the track bar bolts tomorrow and do the lower control arm bolts another day.

I think I have everything all set to replace the track bar. I don't have a lift so the track bar length will be the same as the stock one. The Synergy track bar came with two metal bushings that I assume go into the axle side. Is that right?

Also, the North Ridge bolts came with gold and silver. The gold ones actual fit better in the Synergy track bar so I will be using those. Just out of curiousty, the gold ones came with 2 washers each but the silver ones only came with 1. Why is that? I assume the 1 washer would go on the nut side. For the gold bolts I would put a washer on both sides.

I have 9/16 (gold) track bar bolts and have washers on both sides. Not sure why the 14mm (silver) come with one washer.

You use what fits. The silver bolts are 14mm, gold 9/16.
Try both and use the one that works.
Its a very easy swap. Jeep stays on the ground, just remove the stock bar and replace with new.
You can try measuring things first if it helps.

Another thing. Pull the double adjuster and joint apart and load with antisieze. Synergy doesn't put enough on fyi.

I did test them last night on the TB. the 9/16 fit better. I was asking about the washers. I just didn't know why the 9/16" bolts came with 2 washers but the 14mm bolts came with only 1 washer.

Is this the anti-seize you are talking about? I should unscrew the adjuster sleeve and put this on both threads?

Stock TB came out easily. Bolts definitely weren't torqued. Started getting the Synergy TB ready and couldn't tighten the adjuster bolt. As soon as the end of the bolt gets close to the end of the nut it gets really tight. I can't hand tighten it and it is very tough to tighten even with wrenches. Is this normal? Should I power through and keep tightening? It seems odd for it to be this tough. I would think I could screw the nut all the way to the head with no resistance.

Yeah got it all done. The craftsman torque wrench was terrible. The ratchet part wasn't catching. It took double the time it should just because I had to keep fixing it. TB bolts are at 125 and adjuster bolt is 80.

I made another post in the general section with a video. The axle side is ovaled but the new TB and bolts seem to have fixed it for the most part
