Intake+Exhaust install on a brand new JKURX. Should I wait?

Would you guys wait till say 500, or 1000 miles to install, & why? Does it even matter when? I also have a SuperChips Flashpaq. I have about 30 miles on my JKURX. Thoughts.

Well, maybe wait until you break the engine-in and get the full performance out of the motor before dropping a load of cash on intake + exhaust. Those upgrades offer very small improvements, and it requires you to hammer the throttle in order to feel any difference. I don't mind tuners though, those fix the throttle lag and give MPG improvements.
