After much research I went with the Hella e-codes. Both Delta and IPF had a fair amount of negative reviews on different websites. The Cibies were the other desired choice.

I also added the Philips X-Treme power +80 lamps.

So if you want to go with the Cibies in an H4 kit, you can get everything you need for about $123. Here are links to everything you would need.

Cibie light housing/reflectors - ($42.56 ea x 2) = $85.12
Amazon.com: Cibie 082440 Light Unit: Automotive

H13 to H4 adapter - $18

Philips X-treme Power H4 bulbs - $20

And if you want to upgrade your fog lights, you can use these LED bulbs for $24.29. They fit into your stock fog light housings with no modifications. Lots of us are using these with great results. So for about $150, you can upgrade all of your lights.

I have the IPF H4 kit and I really like it. The lights are tremendously better than the stock head lights. But, if I had to do it all over again, I would probably order the various parts and use the Cibie reflectors just because the IPF kit cost me $200 and I could get the various parts needed on Amazon with the Cibie reflectors for about $123.

Yes thanks, I'll check into them but I still would like to here from others for the Delta's and Hella's.
Also I would like to here more on someone how has installed the Ciba's because the specs say they are 6.7 inch diameter so do they fit tight or will the rattle.

I have the Hella's and am quite happy with them. I do feel the install of the horizontal adjustment screws is necessary. I spent a lot of time with adjustment (foggy nights are best, but are rare) and feel no need to spend any more cash as a result.

I have the Bosch H4 housings. I would add a relay to any H4 installation. I also got one H13 to H4 adapter, which I plugged into the relay. You can get one from Rally Lights that is made for JK's. I had one from my TJ that I got off of eBay for about $20. They are from China but I have had no problems with it in over 4 years. Also running Hella 90-130 bulbs.

I got mine from 4wheel parts and they had them in stock at my local store.

Hella Part 002395991 - 7" Round High/Low Beam Headlamp ECE - 4 Wheel Parts

They also had the adapters, but I had picked mine up from Amazon already.

Truck-Lite Part POI96630 - H4 to H13 Headlight Adapter - Fits 2007 to 2015 Wrangler, Rubicon and Unlimited - 4 Wheel Parts

The Hella's come with a standard lamp so you don't need to buy the premium lamp immediately. But they are getting less expensive, they were $40 and now less than $20.

I know neither the Ciba's or Hella's are dot approved so I went and looked at my stock headlights and the funny thing is that they don't show a visible dot acknowledgement. I think not to worry as I ran my 2000 Cherokee with aftermarket housings without incident. Has anyone of you even been gigged for non dot lights?
