I have a 07 Unlimited and noticed sometimes right after I start it, it sounds like it is going to die, but idles back to normal. has anyone had this problem on their jeep?

Use some throttle body cleaner and clean out the Idle Air Control Valve.

Hey Tray,

I have had that same issue with my 08 2dr for some time now. Doesn't always do it but it is annoying when it does. Took it to the dealer twice but they say there is nothing wrong with it and that they get the same complaint all the time.

I am going to try some throttle body cleaner like Moz said, but I wonder if the changes in the fuel make up is what causes it. I have been hearing problems about purchasing fuel with ethonol. I wonder if there is an additive I should run in the fuel every so often? I add lucas to my diesel fuel because of the sulphar, so maybe there is something in gas or missing from the gas now.
