Leaking top...

My 2014 Sport has been leaking in two places towards the rear of the top, took it to the dealer to have them check it out, sat there for about 15 mins and the service guy stopped by and said :they were working on it" " whatever that means"
30 mins later I go outside and my Jeep is still sitting in the same place it was when I dropped it off. I was starting to get agitated.
Another 10 mins went by and the service manager came up to me and said that they contacted Chrysler and will have a new top in for me tomorrow and it would take about an hour for them to replace it.
Man was I surprised, and here I was getting pissed because my Jeep didn't move to have the leak test done yet and must have looked shocked because the manager then said "well I did say they were working on it".
Pretty good customer service if I say so, hats off to Suncoast Jeep.

FYI my 2014 jeep 4 door unlimited sport was getting water into my passenger front door at the bottom. The water was coming in from underneath the door over the cab and into my carpet weird. The dealer just replace the door seal and the problem solved , but the dealer has been hearing a lot of water leaks on hard tops keep your eyes open! Good luck!

Thanks.
Mine is a soft top that has been leaking from the seems on both sides of the rear window towards the top.
I did notice yesterday while driving home in one of the great Fl summer storms that we have that it was leaking on the passenger side door from the top of it, so when I go to get my top replaced today, I will have them check the top seal as well.
