Loose Seat

Anybody else having problems with a loose seat? When i press back on the seat, it makes a clicking noise and i can feel it move. It feels like the hinge on the arm rest side is moving.

I know jeep used to have huge issues with it back in the 80's with the cherokees and comanches but I wasn't aware of it now
