Max weight added with no lift/spacers?

Step one on my 2015 Sport S will be replacing the bumpers/adding a winch. How much weight being added will require beefing up the suspension or adding a spacer?

My front end sagged with just a steel stubby bumper and no winch. I'd recommend a front coil replacement, something like a 2" Synergy coil to handle the weight and remove the rake. SYNERGY MANUFACTURING┬*::┬*Suspension┬*::┬*Synergy Jeep JK, TJ/LJ, XJ Front Lift Coil Springs

Sag is the easiest thing to determine. Just add weight on top of the front bumper and you will see how much it sags. The coils do not discriminate on what adds the weight, only where it is added.

Agree

The average person weight is between 150-200lbs ?
Bumper/winch around the same. Sit on the bumper
