MetalCloak ExoCorner w/ GenRight Tire Carrier

I'd like to install the MetalCloak ExoCorner (JK ExoCorner Crawler Kit, Corner Gaurds for the JK) and use the GenRight Tire Carrier (GenRight offers the best prices and customer service for JK Rear Tire Carrier, Aluminum to be purchased online 24/7.).

Has anyone done this? If so, any issues installing the tire carrier brackets?

I've searched around but haven't seen anyone with this specific setup.

I have nothing useful to add, but that is a tire carrier I would like to have.

I really like the tire carrier as well and it sounds like it should be able to hold 40" tires which is what I'm looking to end up with.

I emailed GenRight so waiting on a response from them right now.

I'm looking at the JCR Dagger Rear bumper (maybe the Mauler though), GenRight tire carrier and MC fenders / exoskin all around.

On some other forums I've seen people weld the GenRight carrier tabs directly onto EVO or Warrier corners but I like the MC setup better.

So here I am leaving my girlfriends house in Victorville, when I look over and see this hella nice JKU. I was like.. damn... you go boy in the drive thru of Jack in the Box on Mojave Dr. So as I'm going down the 15frwy into Rancho Cucamonga.. what do I see behind me with some really bright headlights, that same JKU... as I drive along side it I start to notice all the armor and goodies that are on it. Do I see the rear bumper with GR stamped into it... I'm like.. what brand is GR. Sure as sh1t I get here to my desk at work and see it's the same truck they built. That was wild...

To the guy driving the Predator JKU... great rig!! Hope Jack'N'the crack was good.

Just googled the Predator JKU and it looks like a pretty cool Jeep.

I haven't seen the GenRight tire carrier in person, but MC was in CO a few weeks ago so I saw all their fenders in person. They were very sturdy and looked great. I have a set of rocker rails and rocker exo-skin on the way.

I heard back from GenRight. They don't know of anybody who has tried this setup so can't say for sure if it will work or not.

Although I've never seen it done, and without actually having a GR tire carrier to test, it is estimated that they would work together.

Thanks for the response. Just reading the install instructions for the carrier and ExoCorner it seems like it should. Wanted to be sure though.

I'm surprised it hasn't been done before.

You'll love the MC's. Great setup. GR is great stuff, but I'd call Will or get ahold of someone at MC to see if they know of someone running that setup. There's some riv nuts that hold those corners right where that driver bracket goes and may interfer with drilling and mounting. Couple pics of MC goodness. Since driveway pics suck.
