These kind of threads have come up before....and I really never could pick just one.
I really, really, really, really like ALL of my mods. Kind of hard to pick which one I like the most. I guess I'd say that Kicker speakers, the Gorilla spline wheel locks, and the slight headlight upgrade are the most "meh" of everything I've done.
430 RBZ
Lockpick
Babycam
Back-up cam
Tuffy trunk enclosure
Tuffy underseat lockbox with combination (instead of key) lock.
Rugged Ridge hood locks
Plasti-dip the wheels
Center armrest cushion
Homelink
I always get sh*t for this from other jeep guys, but f*ck em! I'll post it anyway.
In my 2010 JK Sahara there is an odd rectangular rubber-ish panel at the lowest part of the dash under the steering wheel.
seen here....
You can pop it off with your hand because it has rubber-ish tabs that keep it in place. And inside is this empty space. Well, it turned out to be a perfect fit for my extra Haier 7 inch screen portable TV.
So I made a two-panel tray and ziptied them together in such a way that allows them to slide and extend out from the compartment. Ziptied them inside the compartment as well. The TV lays on the top tray. Now when I am bored and stuck in my jeep (happens often at work since I sometimes work out of my jeep) I pop the panel off, pull the tv-laden tray out, flip a switch, bust out the remote and watch some tv. And when I am done it goes right back inside and completely hidden from thieves.
Pics of it...
Extended...
Retracted back inside the dash (panel off)...
Top and side diagram of the tray....
The haters can kiss my hairy beanbag! It is perfect for what I need it for. I am especially proud of the tray with the zipties that allow it to extend and retract. I was never good at figuring things out and worked for a long time on a way to make it work.

My mods so far are in my signature. My favorite is the Gobi roof rack. It's awesome for hauling all sorts of trip gear or a bunch of lumber from Lowe's. (I drove pickups for the 20 yrs before I got the Jeep, and haven't missed the bed all that much.) The pound-for-pound champ is the Spiderwebshade. I love that thing.
