New Exhaust System

I was wondering what would be a good exhaust system to put on my 2013 Wrangler Rubicon 4 door. I am looking to pickup some gas mileage and also want a nice thwarty(sp) sound to upset my neighbors. lol No serious want some noise but not illegal.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

You best bet is to search on youtube.com so you can hear some sound bites. But the exhaust system isn't going to add any gas mileage.

Search YouTube for Wrangler Exhaust Shootout; you'll be able to hear multiple options from both i side and outside the Jeep while driving.

I've got the Gibson Performance MM exhaust. The MM tips aren't for everyone but I like the way the look and they have the same exhaust with regular tips that aren't as big.

Hope that helps.

Check out the Magnaflow off-road tip down exhaust that's what I have on my 2dr and it sounds throaty. Definitely will set peoples car alarms on a drive by!

If you plan to take your jeep off road, I recommend looking at the AFE exhaust. Nice sound, but the high tuck design is ideal for wheeling.

I agree, the aFe is functional if you are offroading. High tuck under the drivers side instead of the rear of the vehicle. Sounds not bad at all.

I second the AFE high tuck. Check out AutoAnything.com. They had the lowest price I found ($284 & free shipping) + promo code I found on a Toyota Tundra site. I got mine shipped for about $220 I recall. Good price and great sound.

Does not sit lower, but angle to body is off from stock. Sounds good and not too expensive. Requires bending of heat shield a bit but no interference problems. I had to heat up mounting arm on passenger side and bend it slightly upward to keep pipes level but no big deal.
