Proper headlight height adjusrment

I ordered some truck lite led lights, and I was wondering what is the correct height to used when aiming them on a lifted vehicle? I know people say the 3' or 2" less than the height on the vehicle over 25' but I know I've seen a diagram somewhere that a member made to account for the correct angle on a lifted vehicle?

For those of you who have them installed, did you have to adjust (up or down) the headlights to get optimal lighting?
Any time you change headlights, add a lift, bigger tires, etc you should adjust the aim on your headlights. All you need is a tape measure, a wall that you can park 25 feet away from, some painters tape and a T15 (IIRC) torx driver to reach the adj screws in the gap beside your headlights.

Everything you need to know about adjusting your headlights. THIS is the correct method.

2013 JKU with 4" Lift and 35" Tires. Headlights are straight on, not angled to road

The project JK method IS NOT correct.
