Help! I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Limited edition. On and off for 2 years now my radio has gone out and this effects the blue tooth and the navigation as the whole sound is gone. I have had three radios installed in this thing and after the final one it seemed to work fine until today-NO sound! Has anyone else ever had this issue. What should I have them do? They are installing refurbished radios in it if this makes a difference. Help please...
I'm trying to figure out what sounds like the same problem. Seems like my issue occurs sometime after I am talking on bluetooth phone connection then park and turn off the engine before completing phone call. It is almost like the sound is muted for the phone call then doesn't un-mute afterwards. The only way for me to resolve is to disconnect the battery terminal for a few seconds then reconnect. Dealer cannot seem to find problem.
Forgot to mention the dealer thinks it may be an amplifier issue and not a radio issue. I have not had time to leave the Jeep for a few days for them to attempt to recreate the problem.
