Rubicon upgrade

I currently have a 2010 jeep sahara and if I would up grade the coils to the rubicon will that lift my vehicle any or are they just more tougher coils ?

Neither. Rubicon coils are no different than Sport or Sahara coils.

4 door coils on a 2 door will net some lift.

Which do you have?

You need to look at the spring rates. The highest number you can have is 19 in the front and 60 in the rear. This is what I had on my Rubicon X. 4 door with hard tops tend to get the higher numbers. If you are going from something like 14/55 to 19/60 you will probably gain around 2" of lift.
