Neither. Rubicon coils are no different than Sport or Sahara coils.

4 door coils on a 2 door will net some lift.

Which do you have?

Rubicon springs question
Another thread that is currently discussing the same question
Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by its clean end!

You need to look at the spring rates. The highest number you can have is 19 in the front and 60 in the rear. This is what I had on my Rubicon X. 4 door with hard tops tend to get the higher numbers. If you are going from something like 14/55 to 19/60 you will probably gain around 2" of lift.
