Some information on knuckles?

What are REID Racing Knuckles, can someone show me a picture of them installed and what they replace?

What kind of application would these be necessary in? I basically want to know what these are and if I need them since I haven't heard of them before.

Thanks

Reid knuckles or TF knuckles let you run a true high steer. (Flipped drag link, tie rod raises 1.5") to allow for clearance and better Steering. I don't know what height requirements are. Most steering kits are 3" min w/ 3" bump stop.
Wheel dia and back spacing mins as well.
