Spark Plugs

What type of spark plugs came on the 2008's? Are they single platinum? double platinum? or just regular iridium? I guess if I really want to know, I can just pull one out, but I haven't done that yet.

Not sure what stock plugs are in the 08. I changed my 09 stock plugs for dbl plat champions. no problems noted (although i also changed the wires to DUI and the coil to a screamin demon)

I pulled the champions out of my 10 and was shocked. After 3K mi they were burned and fouled. It would almost stall out at intersections. I replaced with E3s and they run sooooo much better, that's what I would do.

Champion plugs always were no good. Where did you get the E3's?

I got mine from O'Reilly's auto parts, they were $6/ea. Same as Summit. I know some people have had problems like misfires or throwing OBD codes. I have had nothing but success with them, yesterday I drove half way across the state and got 22.36 MPG manually calculated. I couldn't believe it. Same today, I drove and had 21.88 MPG. No wind and 60-80 MPH. I would highly recommend. I believe E3-66 is the part no.

Vatozone might have them. I'd ask. They may be able to order them.
