Hello my name is Cameron and I have just enter the jeep world with a 2015 jeep 2 door. I am interested in a lift and have narrowed it down to the following 3 lift.
TeraFlex 3 inch lift kit
With Front lower arms
Rear upper arms
Rock Krawler 2.5 inch flex lift
Rock krawler 3.5 inch flex lift
I plan to put 35 on this jeep. This jeep will be for mostly highway and city driving. It will probably be taken off road once every other weekend. If anyone has any suggestions on what kits I should get please comment. Also if like one of the lift kits I have selected with a certain additional parts please tell me.I making sure I get the lift that's the most quality and value that won't jack up my jeep. If it cost more money for a certain part now that will extend the life of my jeep I would be happy to buy it.

Hi Cameron! Rock Krawler X Factor. All 8 arms are adjustable. Drive line angles are more finicky to set in a two door and the arms help. I know MetalCloak and Teraflex also do versions with all adjustable arms.

Before you put on bigger tires, you will also want to look into regearing.

Do a LOT of reading before you do a thing to the Jeep.

There are a lot of guys here that have gone through what you are planning and they can tell you the +/- of the different lift amounts.

I have the TF 2.5" coil lift. From what I have gathered, 2.5" is about the limit before you start having to take in account other things besides just suspension. Like > longer brake lines/sensor wires, stock vs "have to" adjustable arms, exhaust spacers, longer drive shafts etc etc etc .

I have the 2.5" lift with flat fenders, I have been told that I can stuff 37s and have a good go at it. So if you are going to go with flats also, you can save some money by going with a 2.5" vs the +3" lifts.

But beware!!!, There is a domino effect for I want bigger tires which means I need adapters(proper name for spacers) or backspaces rims (more $$$), then the tires of course ($$$), the lift $$$, now I need steps to get in $$$, now I need new grab straps $$$, etc etc etc

I too would skip the RK 3.5"Flex. It needs more items (or could benefit from them) and gets you into that "may need a new front drive shaft" range.

I would like to know if your going to add weight to the Jeep in the forum of bumpers, winch, carrier, things like that? If so, then you would benefit from the Rock Krawler Progressive rate coils. TeraFlex is a great setup but they run a linear rate coil.

I would look at this:
Customizable 2.5" Lift Kit
I would set it up with the 3" bump stops front and rear to clear 35's. I would do the exhaust spacers as well. For the shocks, I would do the Rancho 9000XL's. They are adjustable and offer a great ride. Not to mention, if you do this setup before the end of the month, they are offering a $100.00 rebate on the shocks!

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM, email, or call us at anytime. We also do wheels and tires along with anything else you can think of for your JK! Welcome to the JK world and enjoy!
