Teraflex Exhaust Spacer, water tightness?

I know I will need to modify my exhaust sometime and I was wondering how safe would these spacers be during water fording?

My Jeep will have raised breather tubes and a snorkel and I don't want my exhaust to be the weak link. Would getting it custom welded at a local exhaust system shop be a better method?

Thanks for all the help.
