Transmission 1st and 2nd issues

Hello, for about 2 weeks I've been having issues with my manual transmission (07 2dr). In particular, difficulty shifting into 1st and 2nd gear while decelerating. While decelerating it feels as though these two gears are "blocked" and I am unable to shift into them. After coming to a stop or moving very slowly, the shift into these gears is easy/not an issue. Other than that the transmission seems to be acting fairly normal. Only other thing I can think of is it that occasionally it seems as though 5th gear alignment has changed slightly and the shift path from 4->5 and 5-> is slighly different from before but this could easily be just in my head now that I'm paying more attention to the shifting.

I checked the fluid level in the trans and it is full. I'm approaching 90k miles though so it's getting close to the trans fluid change on the maintenance schedule.

Thanks!

Check your transmission and engine mounts. Can you shift into gear if you double clutch with rev matching?

What he said. I'd also try bleeding the clutch. Brake fluid deteriorates and takes on water, which can cause issues with the clutch releasing properly.
