Take it to the dealer for a check up, it sound slike you jarred something or somethings loose in there. It could be a simple adjustment is needed for the pulley to realign and tighten the belt. The code could be a few things, you may had jarred the evap hoses loose though with the forward motion which would cause a evap leak code. I had that happen before on my TJ, it was a rotted evap line but threw the gas cap code. If you can get under it you might find the evap line issue, if that's what it is. I'd just head to the dealer and see what they find if everything else looks ok.
