Water in Freedom Top

We've had a couple weeks of persistent rain and after we've had some ice. This has been absolutely the coldest winter in Louisiana.

Luckily we've thawed and it's warming a little now but I've noticed water swooshing around in my freedom top panels.

Has anyone had this problem? Is this caused from bad seals? What's the best way to get it out?

In addition, I've also noticed some moisture in my taillights. Any remedies for this?

Any cracks in the top? That's the first thing that came to mind reading this.

Had the same issues with the top panels. Take them off and good the hole down and they will drain. Presumably it occurs when the roll bar screws are too tight. Make sure they almost fall out when you reinstall. No help on the tail lights, maybe remove them, put some alcohol in then hit with the compressor. Check the o rings when you have the fixture off

I had water in mine last year and read a post saying they were screwed down to tight, i thought yeah right, but after taking them off and draining them it made sense. If they are sinched down to much the drain holes get covered up. Had the same problem with the taillights as you too. ..... dealership took off the lenses and reseated the gasket. .... been a year and hasn't happened again.

Sounds like condensation. Give the Roll Bar adjustments a half turn maybe. Don't over tighten, the bolt will go thru the Hard Vinyl Top.

How tight are you making those things to go thru the roof!?

The passenger side Freedom top panel on my '12 would fill up after a hard rain. Took it to the dealership, they replaced it with a new one, painted it to match under warranty. Problem solved. They said some panels had a manufacturing defect.
