What else should be replaced/upgraded while I am installing lift ... within reason

a friend with a very impressive garage and set of tools and i will be installing my lift in a few weeks. while we are under there, what else should be replaced ... within a reasonable amount of money? i was thinking of doing the exhaust and removing that ugly tin can from the back. i have also read to replace the ball joints. we will be installing the lift and 35s.

Are you good at welding?

If you are you should probably weld on some C gussets while you're at it.
