What's Everyone Doing About the Oil Loss Problem

I have a 2007 Wrangler. I just hit 60K miles and lost most of my oil between changes (okay, I went 4K miles this time). Has anyone had any luck with the oil loss issue? Is everyone adding 2-3 quarts between changes???

I check the oil level EVERY time I fill up with gas and top off the oil as necessary.

At 3k miles I do my normal oil change.

My oil loss seems to have leveled out at .5 quarts/1000 mi

.....uhhhhh.....just to which "oil loss issue" are you referring?

I've not had any issue....yet....at 22k on 08 JK.
get in--buckle up--hang on

This one....

I just keep an eye on it and refill when needed. Idk why Jeep even bothered with this crappy ass 3.8 V6. It's an underpowered oil burning pile of turd.

I don't have any problem with oil disappearing but I keep filling that damn gas tank up on the JK and I swear it just disappears.

Nothing is foolproof to a sufficiently talented fool.
