Wheels squeaking while driving

There is a high pitched squeal coming from the front that can be heard only while my jeep is moving. It is noticeably louder as I turn the steering wheel to the right when driving. It does not make the noise if I turn the wheel while stationary. Am I dealing with brake issues or wheel bearings possibly? Any input is appreciated. I'm driving a '08 JKUR I bought used a few months ago. Thanks.

Lift each tire off the ground, spin and listen for noise. Also grab 9-3 and check for bad bearings

Ok, checked each wheel and squeal is coming from front driver's wheel. Sounds like maybe pads are rubbing. It's the only wheel making that noise. Maybe time for new pads.
As far as moving wheel from 9-3 not sure what is normal but there is slight movement. It seems very minimal to me but I don't have a reference to what is good & what is obviously bad. I have read on this forum about worn out ball joints, I just have never had to deal with those issues.

Check your pads. Sounds like it could be the wear sensors.

No movement is normal. 9-3 would be beatings. 12-6 balljoints (crap ... Should have had you check them also)

Sometimes after my jeep sits, a layer of rust forms on the rotors. It will squeal for a little but stop.

Checked both again: 12-6 no movement, 9-3 slight movement with front wheels. I'll start planning a brake job, wheel bearing replacement all around. At least I'll have a base line to go off of since I don't know PO's maintenance habits. Thanks again.
