04 rubi temp ??

My jeep is running right at 210 deg is this the norm for this year or did the guy before me put in a higher temp thermastat ???

Yep, and it needs to run at 210 as that is where it was designed to run at most efficiently. The factory specified thermostat opens at 195 degrees.
