06 transfer case problems

I have a 2006 jeep wrangler unlimited 4” lift with 35’s I have the transfer case lowering kit with 24000 miles
Driving down the road went out of gear (6 speed) or it seemed like it pulled over no luck in any gear got it to go in 4h and 4l took it out of 4x4 still no go put it back in 4h drove about a mile called jeep service had it towed to a dealer they checked it out the fork in the transfer case broke they will not warranty it because my transfer case is in a bind is this possible HELP

did you relocate the t-case shifter linkage when you put on the t-case drop?

then nothing should be in a bind. sounds like BS to me. i'd take to another dealer.

Just got off the phone with the dealership they said there is a bolt on the t-case that has to be adjusted when you do the t-case drop has anyone heard of this

Yes, it is a rod for adjusting your T-case shift lever. Sometimes it needs to be adjusted after you drop the skid. I had to do mine because it would pop out of low range.

just adjusting mine wouldn't fix the popping out of low range. i had to put a drop bracket on the t-case shifter linkage too. shifts like stock now.
