1997 jeep wrangler sahara won't start

she has 97,000 we just did the plugs, rotor cap, and i did the wires.....and then we had a heavy rain monday night....got up tuesday morning she won't start, it's trying......so i walked to the parts store, they sold me a coil, put it on, still nothing, does anyone have any ideas

my bf said it is not getting a spark.........we are not mechanics, but we are broke

just wondering if anyone has any info on what to try next?

Some of the parts you got could have been bad. might want to return them for new ones and see what happens. Did it start before you did the tune up?

Where do you not have spark? Do you have spark at the distributor, and not at the plugs, or do you not have any spark anywhere?

all i know is that he took a plug off the distributor and was not getting a spark there, i was told it might be the "coil" fuse in the fuse box behind the glove box, #11, so i'll check that when i get back home

i appreciate your help on this,
