1999 Jeep Wrangler cranks and no start

I have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4.0 Auto with only 4k miles and bought it last week. Intermittently it cranks and will not start, I did a tune up on the jeep and it runs great, just doesn;t start the first time all the time. I am thinking the vehicle was in storage (heated garage)and was only driven 900 miles since 2001. I am thinking that possibly the fuel maybe sat too long. I just did a fuel injector cleaner and drygas and have not even got all the way through the tank. Anyone with any thoughts on this.

Get some Barryman's Carburetor cleaner, and give the throttle body a good cleaning out while your engine is running. Also clean all the linkages on the outside. Make sure all your vacuum lines are in good shape, not leaking.
