I know this has been asked thousands of times but this is my first tj and I am wanting to lift it enough to put 32" tires on it it will be just a daily driver. I have a cj7 that I use to trail ride.
I just installed the 3" Zone kit a two weekends ago, and it's good so far. The included instructions were very clear so the install was pretty straightforward, though I installed a JKS adjustable trackbar instead of drilling a new hole for the stock one. I haven't wheeled with it yet, so we'll see how it holds up when I head up to the mountains next weekend. I'm not running the hydro shocks that came with the kit (just ordered Bilsteins) so I can't comment on those.
For a streetable TJ, you can run 31"s on the stock suspension. if you have some attachment to the idea of 32"s, then either put a 1.25" body lift on it or a budget boost spacers.
And your right, this has been covered in literally thousands of threads.
I'm running the Zone 4.25 combo lift which is the 3" lift and 1.25 body lift and 1" mm lift. I did it this way so I wouldn't have driveline issues. I did have a small vibration at around 30 and 40, but dropped the transfer case mount a half inch (using washers) and that cured it. I didn't get the JKS track bar, so I drilled the extra hole (for now). I think the 3/4 inch offset of the new hole is too much though. I will eventually get an adjustable track bar. I got the hydro shocks and because most of my time is spent on road. The ride is noticeably better than stock. No more abrupt pothole jarring!
