2000 Rusty Framed TJ

How difficult is it to do a frame swap on a TJ? Some sites say it's not that bad and others say they wouldn't do it again. Mine is pretty bad the bottom of the frame rails is rusted through where the skid plate mounts, I had to weld it to the frame. Is this a common problem or what??

I'm sure a frame swap, as anything else, is possible. Just unbolt and rebolt. The biggest problem probably will be finding a decent frame.
