2001 TJ AC Problem

I bought a 2001 TJ Sport 4.0 and the AC didn't work but it was clean looking and I have some mechanical background so I figured I would repair it. There was a big leak at first wouldn't hold a vacuum. So far I have replaced the schrader valves, found leak under dash, replaced heating coil, replaced drier, new condenser, new compressor, the leak is smaller holds vacuum for several minutes then it slowly looses some pressure, there is dye in the system and it only shows up around both schrader valves, is that normal?
Also I am looking for a diagram showing the AC system. I ordered some new hoses since that's all that's left to replace and the hoses don't match whats on my jeep. I am wondering if the AC was added later. Does any one have any advice on the leak and a diagram of the AC system?

Thanks
Steevo

Umm, you replaced the heater core? What about the evaporator? That's normally what goes bad, the heater core has nothing to do with the a/c.

As for the dye, if you think about it, it's not going to show a leak under vacuum, pressure would be the only way to have it seep out and show.

Whoops, almost forgot, here's a link to service manuals and parts manuals.
Put in your year, etc, pick out the group you want to look at.
