could be the horn diaphram. i'm not a real big fan of this type of horn but it's what we have in the tj. no popped fuses?

You can hear/feel the horn relay when it energizes. Place a finger on the relay and listen carefully to see if you can feel/hear the relay energize as someone pushes the horn button. If you hear or feel a soft click, it's likely the horn itself is bad, or perhaps the connection at the horn is corroded or loose. If you don't, it could be the relay itself or the horn button. Most relays inside the power distribution center are interchangeable so you can try inserting one of the other relays into the horn relay socket to see if that helps.

The horn went out on my 06 as well. They gave me a free one under warranty so I decided to upgrade at the same time

I want to add one but gotta find a compressor tank first. Most likely i'll run a separate switch in front of the shifter right by the ashtray just in case a cop pulls me over to test my horn.

I hate guessing where the TJ horn button is somewhere on that steering wheel as you never seem to press it right when you need it.

OK, I'm having no luck fixing this horn.. I swapped relays...fuses.. and checked all the cables on the horn and everything seems to be in place...

What the heck could it be... is there just the one fuse under the hood for the horn?
