2005 Lift questions

Hey guys Im new to this forum and I would like a little advice from you guys.
Another lift question guys...........

I just bought a 2005 4wd Jeep wrangler. It has 21.5 inch tires and just looks like it needs to be beefed up a little. I dont do much off roading, but I do launch my little aluminum boat on some un-even boat launches. It is my daily driver so I dont want to go more than a 4inch lift. What do you guys recomend?

This is what I was thinking of going with, if it would even work for my situation (im trying to do this on a small budget)......

31x10.50R15, Pro Comp Xtreme All Terrain Radial
Xtreme Alloys Series 8069 Black Finish-15x10, 5 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern
2" suspension lift by pro comp (the cheapest)

What do you guys think??

Heres the jeep. I had to white out my buddy flipping the camera off

I would go with the RE 2" BB for the lift with new shocks and JKS Discos
Are you buying wheel spacers/adapters for the bolt pattern, cause I believe your bolt pattern like most wrangler should be 5 on 4.5
